- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very upset. Used to love the happy tooth. My daughter had a return appointment for a cleaning that they scheduled the last time we were there. Went in today and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She said that she shouldn't be back for another month and it was all my fault. I politely asked how did this happen. She responded with "it's not our fault you don't know when your child's appointment was" first of all I have an email reminder of my daughter's appointment. And secondly it was six months. She was very rude and walked away while I was talking to her. I had to take the day off work, took my daughter out of school early for there mess up that they couldn't be polite about. Asked to talk to the supervisor and she won't be in till Monday. I will definitely will be calling back on Monday and let her know how rude the lady at the front was.August 04, 2017by Jessica Gray
