- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My senior dog needed to be euthanized, and for a couple of reasons I wanted it done at home. Her regular vet (Foothills Pet Hospital) wouldn't do that, nor would the other vet in Mt. Airy they recommended. There is a business in Greensboro that performs this service, but they didn't cover far western Surry County. Animal Medical Services was very understanding when I called, and came out the next day. The personnel who came to my house were compassionate and understanding.
